Rock legends The Rolling Stones are out to save Toronto! Well, they're trying to help at least. Even though WHO (The World Health Organization) has officially lifted the travel ban to Toronto due to the recent outbreak of SARS in the Canadian city, Toronto's economy has been hit hard. Part of that has been caused by numerous artists cancelling their concerts in the city out of fear. But the Rolling Stones have always gone against the grain. They've agreed to give a free concert in the city to help boost the economy and show people it's safe to visit the city. The concert is expected to be held on either July 29th or July 30th. In order to make the concert happen the city will need to come up with roughly ten million dollars to put to concert together.
