No its from an actual episode of Buffy called the Laughter Demon, during which Cordelia (pictured) is posessed by said Demon. During the actual episode she ties up and tickles buffy who is tied to a chair (which is the picture we see here). After a couple of minutes of this the scene switches to a scene with Willow doing some computer research for Giles in the school library. When the scene returns Cordelia has now stripped Buffy naked and is Tickling her all over with a feather duster that is itself posessed with enhanced demonic tickling powers. However that scene only lasts for about 45 seconds (it would be excellent if you can find a picture of this as well), before switching to Zander on patrol in the graveyard.

Unfortunately this episode was only shown once, because a punch up between Angel and Spike was considered a little too violent, and the scene with Evil Willow (a mirror image vampire of Willow) was out of context with the rest of the series.

i just wondered who did it, cause i requested a buffy pic a while back in the TT forum and someone gave me this pic, still don't know who the artist is.

Fakey-fakey

The 'ler to the left is Roxanne Chadwick, a model who did a lot of work for FMC 3-4 years ago. The hands on the feet look like Elliot Shear's (I've seen his hands in more clips than I care to admit). Not sure who the 'lee is; maybe Cindy Schubert, who was also the runner up on the first "Who 'Wants to Marry A Millionaire" (under a different name, of course).
