I don't think she is tickling herself either. I would say this was an ad for jeans and they had her pose that way to catch your attention.

Definitly a pose. Definitly done to attract attention as is the fact that she is barefoot but the pose is to make ones imagination drift to the fact that she is kinda tickling her foot.
