Well this thread stayed on topic for a page and a half. Not bad anymore!
We had an interesting "say something nice about the person above you" thread but I guess that ended when someone everybody hates posted or something. XD

btw Kimiko...have you seen your post-per-day everage lately? It's somewhere nearing 37!

Littlebighead is a really great guy who understands artists, their motivations, and what they were going for with a picture. So much so that he has known exactly what I wanted without me having to say so. He is very articulate and always makes one feel good about the work they are doing regardless of their level of talent, experience, or skill. He goes out of his way to be in-depth in his comments to others, often far beyond what anyone would expect, and he seemingly does this with ease.

The artists and art viewers of this forum are richer and better off for having such a kind man here. He is more than just an asset, he is a good friend, and I am glad we have the likes of him here.

(I realize this thread is off topic now, but I figured what the hell, I might as well post anyway).

There are so many people here (and some who don't post anymore) about whom I could say something nice, that I fear leaving someone out by mistake.
 
Wow...thanks Vlad! You have a silver-tongued way, you wicked old Vampire Lord! Let me return the compliment by saying how much poorer we'd be without your boundless energy! Your art contributions are massively entertaining and unique; your well-worded commentary always insightful, well reasoned and a joy to read; your point of view always infectiously passionate! You are a distinctive force on this forum, almost a force of nature in your impact, and without your presence it would be less dynamic, less interesting, and just plain not as much fun! A great deal of what makes the TTC such a vital place is due directly to you! The old hands here, you and Kal and Nessie and Cheshire... you guys define this site! You're what made us want to join!

PS: I ought also mention your generous sense of consideration. No one recognizes more birthdays than you do (I tried to take up some of the slack during your recent absence, and simply didn't have the heft to make it work). You're unfailingly kind and supportive to new artists... my earliest positive commentary came from you, and I'm far from alone on that score.

Sheesh...this topic goes from saying something nice about other members...to talking about swords! So much for love and peace towards your fellow man!! XD

I want to especially thank LK for mentioning me ^_^ What can I say, she's crazy, cool, always has the good grace to respond to my irritating PMs 😛 And obviously has the patience of a saint. Thank you ^^
