Searching for a story

Not sure if this goes here or in the story requests forum, as that one seems to be mostly "requests to WRITE a story", but mods, please feel free to move this accordingly.

At any rate, I'm looking for Jack the Tickler by Max Speer. I've searched everywhere, and cannot find this one anywhere. If anyone here could post it, it would be much appreciated.
