seeking assistance with a ticklish wife

I have an extrememly ticklish wife (all over but especially her size 6 bare feet). She is very shy about her ticklishness, in part because of her intense reactions to being tickled. She is a petite woman who has a lifelong tickling history (starting with brothers who would tickle torture her when growing up). Restraint is necessary for more than a few seconds of tickling her, but she has conflicting desires about bondage and being tickled.

I'm seeking a knowledgable couple or female (possibly a male, but one who will be a gentle teacher) in the art of tickling to help me open her to her full potential as a ticklee.

We live in the Northwest.

I've tried restaints, but she is very nervous about being tied. I think because she was often tickle tortured by her two brothers when growing up. You know, held down and tickled and tickled with no mercy whatsoever. So being tied conjures images of that. I've told her about safe words. There are also times when she is hyper ticklish and she prefers being able to move. Of course, that is when I as the tickler most want her bound.
