Simply amazing what some people do with their time. We had a serial butt slapper at UTA last year, but he was scooped up by campus PD red handed. However, 17 counts of sexual assault is a bit more serious than indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

I know I posted in the past about the creep who made our fetish look bad, in NYC in the 1980s or 1990s. There was a guy going arouind Manhattan, who was tackling women on the street, pulling off their shoes, tickling their feet, and then stealing their shoes.
