Serious Question Regarding Stories

Dear members of Tickle Theatre,

A few years ago, when I was 15 years old, I started to write a series of stories on Writing.com labeled the "Young Foot Fetish" Saga. It was a group of stories involving a young boy and his experiences with girls feet from around his town. A lot of these were developed from fantasies I had about girls when I was really really young and developing my foot fetish. Not only that, but as time went by he began to get other things from girls to (footjobs, oral sex, etc.). No intercourse!!!

However, as I have been getting older, I have realizing that these stories could be really bad. So I ask of you:

Is this considered underage pornography?

If so, I will immediately delete all of my "Young Foot Fetish" Stories!!! Please let me know! I have been doing research on the subject and am confused whether or not that kind of thing is illegal. But it still makes me feel bad that the characters are minors. So, PLEASE let me know right away and I will delete them for good.

From what I've gathered, yeah, you should probably take them down? I mean, yeah? You say that there is graphic sexual content in these stories? Well, any sexual content with minors is a big no-no.

If there are any that don't involve anything physical, you're probably fine but... well, it's still creepy.

I get that they're not pedophilic in intent but intentions have absolutely nothing to do with a finished product. Without a doubt they will be considered underage pornography.

No, it isn't underage pornography. It is an expression of your desires at that age. There is nothing wrong with it and it isn't bad. Why should you feel guilty about this story series? Because some people say it could be bad? No.

By bending to the moral opinions of others you are doing yourself a disservice because you are censoring yourself so that others will approve of your activities. By doing so, you'll make yourself miserable.

I think this quote sums up what I just said, quite nicely:

You may have your socialties,
and bingo for your fun,
But all the things I like to do,
you starve me one by one,​

So, no. Don't delete it. Besides, it won't hurt you anyway.

And besides I'd personally like to read this series. Sounds interesting.

its the equivalent to being 15 and having your 15 year old girlfriend sending you nude and or pornographic stories; it was illegal to begin with.

The law changed in the US after the 2003 "PROTECT Act," so although it might have been legal at the time you wrote the stories, they might not be legal now. I am aware of only one prosecution for text-only stories about minors (the infamous "Red Rose" case), but it would be safest for you to delete the stories or age the characters.

Remember: 25,000 years of Human history were wrong. It's sooooo bad what you did and 2000s society wants you to feel awful for what you did. A person might get the message nowadays that fictional depictions of things that for all of biological history were considered perfectly legitimate (the assumption that a sexually mature individual is in fact sexually mature,) is worse than say... murder or trafficking of narcotics.

Apparently it's worse even than being a foreign spy, since if some overzealous district attorney turns their sights on you in the interest of "protecting the community" then you'll get whipped by the law harder than Drago beat Apollo Creed.

There ya have it. Just one more 2000s "thought police" style law that I can't defend. Protecting people is one thing. Criminalizing outright any form of expression is anti-American and I consider to be more despicable than the actual creeps - not people like you - that the law seeks to prosecute.

Well, no need to worry about it now. Becuase I'm deleting the stories with underage content and putting up a new story with older people.
