Severe weather is expected here tonight.

Earlier today North Texas was struck by tornadoes, high winds and golf ball size hail. This weather front has now arrived in Central Texas. Just minutes ago rain was coming down in sheets with pea sized hail but as I type this the sun has peaked out. I hope those effected north of Austin recover as quickly as possible, and that we are spared the worst.

Thanks Mils and Kurch. After checking the local weather reports, these storms seems to be breaking up north of Austin. We will likely get more rain here, but that's about it.

I heard that there was storm damage around Dallas and Fort Worth. Today Louisiana is under the gun.
