Sex Assault Case Against Cosby To Move Forward,.

As I post this at 820pm Eastern, a big front page headline is on

www.wpvi.com.

A judge has ruled that the sex assault case against Bill Cosby in Montgomery County, PA can move forward.

Thoughts on this?

I truly sympathize with any person who has actually suffered a rape, gang rape, or date rape and I hope they all get justice but as far as I know all the evidence against Mr. Cosby is testimonial accusation.

Again, I truly TRULY sympathize with these women but if all the evidence against him is just accusation and there is no physical evidence involved then this case should never have gone to court.

Accusation without evidence to back it up should never lead to a conviction and while I sympathize with these women IMMENSELY they should have called 9/11.

Then again, I could be wrong and they might actually have evidence or Cosby might have admitted to it. I dunno.
