I'd say her smiling/wincing it's due to rib-tickling, though.
There are many hands holding her, and surely some

I believe this shot is from the VMA's a couple years ago. I watched the broadcast out of sheer boredom (and for a huge music fan like me to watch that vapid pit of spew called MTV I would have to be hella bored) and remember her performance quite well. Ok singer, great butt shaker.
When she did the crowd surf bit she was singing the whole time. One of those Steve Perry-esque "Whaaaaaah-aaaaaaah-aaa" type deals. She didn't break out in hysterics or giggle or anything like that. I don't think anyone got in a good tickle, or at least nothing to register as such. Sorry to burst your collective bubble.
Not to sound like your typical chauvanist pig but if I had the opportunity, you could bet your left kidney I would've went for it.
