Nope...

I actually saw that show. Unfortunately it wasn't tickling. What happened was Jay Leno asked if Enriquez had a foot fetish, as he heard from rumours. Enriquez admitted he did, so Shannon Elizabeth unzipped her boots and put her foot in his lap and he kinda caressed it and told the audience that Shannon had beautiful feet. Unfortunately, no tickling though.
