TMF rules on file sharing
We are cool with our users posting messages that promote Aimster and it's brother sharing programs with one condition.
That condition is that the tickling clips that you are sharing are only ones that are considered 'public' clips, like the ad clips that Realtickling or Magic Touch made to advertise their products, or other similar ad clips from other places or dead companies. Mainstream movie edits are cool also.
What is not cool are entire segments of videos that have been 'ripped' from tapes and are now being traded. I've seen entire tickling videos on Aimster that this has been done to. It's just not fair to the companies that create such material for it to be distributed that way. It hurts them. It steals from them.
So if a user points out that someone who's posted a message about Aimster or another sharing program is sharing bootlegged material of the type I discuss above, the posts will be deleted.
Seems only right, doesn't it?

I didnt mean for anyone to post a video that they bought or payed for. I was reffering to the ones that promote the sales of videos, not the videos them sells. Thats illegal and i dont want to get anyone in trouble for posting a video that they payed for. Sorry if anyone took it that way.

I would also like to see anything posted on Morpheus. It rules, but there are no tickling clips on it.

We have quite a few members on Aimster, many with hundreds of clips...if you check the back threads you'll find posts about their screen names and times they/we are usually on. If you have broadband you can pile up quite a collection in an hour that way...just FYI. Q

ok...call me stupid...
What is morpheus and how do I put stuff there for you to see? I just sent our 4 videos to a friend who will be pulling some pics and clips for us. I'll post them when he gets them to me.
