After the hiring of Patrick, and with both Ross and Vic training Patrick for Patrick's new position at Ross Shell, and Patrick's rapid learning of his new tasks for the company.
Ross's day to day business in the office started to become a situation of

Ross racked his brain every day and night about this topic.

Ross began playing with the idea of asking them to do a venture closer to where Ross was.. so that Ross himself could occupy his time.
With as well as things were going, Ross did not want to take a chance on offending them.
One day, on a conference call with Fritz and Steve, Ross posed a careful question.
"Guys, I'm going to pose this question, very very carefully. I was playing with the idea of perhaps doing a company buy, or building venture, closer to where I am , to have a new venture to occupy my time. However, I do not in any way want to endanger the wonderful relationship we all have. So, my question is, Do either one of you have an attorney, or business manager, someone up my way, who, if the three of us come to an agreement somehow, we do the usual, and split everything a third each, with a piece of whatever you guys say as a fee to watch the venture, so we can start a new venture together ASAP?"
Fritz laughed. "Ross, that sounds like a fine idea. Let us think about it for say, a week, and we will get back to you and discuss it. We've all done so well together, why not do something else? " Fritz said.
"Thanks, buddy, I will talk to you within the week" Ross said.
When Ross got home, he had a small smile on his face, and sighed.
"Okay, big shot, what did you do now?" Kayley said.,
Ross sighed in an annoyed tone. "Will you stop it! You have no idea what I'm thinking, or who I';m thinking about doing it with. Since you were so accusatory, I'm going to order Chinese call in, eat it in my den, and not even tell you!" Ross said in a clipped tone.
Ross slammed his clothes down, ordered his Chinese food, and sat at an empty desk in his den.
Kayley carefully approached Ross. "Your;re right. I;m sorry, please forgive me" Kayley said.
"That's better. Now, would you like me to call back, and order you some" Ross asked.
"I'm not hnngry, but seriously, what is up" Kayley said,.
With the shopping mall venture going so well, and Tim Patrick seemingly in control due to how I'm handling him, I talked to Fritz and Steve today about doing a new venture. We have to think about it, and discuss the financial details, but I need a new venture, Kale, I always want to do new things, especially with Vic and Patrick now running the office situation and details" Ross said.
Kayley kissed Ross. "After we finish eating this food, can a half naked or naked teacher, your choice, Mister CEO, get some loving and attention? Kayley said, in an almost pleading tone.

That night, after things had settled down, Ross and Kayley had made love, and Ross fell half asleep with his hand on Kayley's breast.

"Maybe you could build a school either here or where they are" Kayley said.

That idea stirred Ross from bed, and he ran to his den, and began writing out ideas.
