Caught a new movie called Shock-O-Rama, a direct to video horror movie. It was pretty entertaining and had a very cool tickle scene where this "bad girl" at a sort of dream research center bullies a VERY cute girl by sitting on her and tickling her ribs. Really good for a mainstream movie.

Looked for it but couldn't find it at LackLuster video. Where did you rent it?

It took me a moment to remember, but the girl doing the tickling in that scene was barefoot, and later on in the movie (in a dream scene) most of the girls in the cast are sitting around in their underwear and you get to see their feet. It was cute but nothing outstanding as I recall.
Maybe someone else with more of a foot interest could see this movie and give you a better answer!

The movie was directed by Brett Piper whose past movies, PSYCLOPS, BITE ME, and most notably THE SCREAMING DEAD usually had great foot scenes in them.
SHOCK-O-RAMA was pretty disappointing in that area, though the tickling scene was cute.
