Should Henry Kissinger go to trial?

The State Department has released conversations of good ol' Henry pledging to support Indonesia's invasion of East Timor and keep them supplied with weapons. He fled France after he was served with a summons by French police in relation to the Operation Condor death squads. He was involved in meetings in which coups in Cyprus and Chile, the slaughter by the Pakistani army, the carpet-bombing of Cambodia and the invasion of East Timor was discussed and approved.

I think he should face justice for what he has done. An innocent man has nothing to fear, Henry Kissinger buggers off when faced with questioning.

hmmm...

I admit i don't know much, if anything about the whole Kissinger thing, but i just wanted to say this. the "An innocent man has nothing to fear" statement is incredibly overated and often misinformed. We all like to believe that just because a person's innocent they will be accepted as being innocent, but reality can be twisted. Unfortionatly, there's a lot more times then anybody will ever know that innocent people are convicted of crimes they didn't commit.
And remmember kids, it's like Denzel washington says, "It's not what you know, but what you can prove!" 😉

It's sad but true what you said.

I think I heard something about a judge in the US who is thinking of declaring the death penalty unconstitutional because of all the innocent people who have been killed.
