ok, i started a post on this yesterday, and it recieved a lot of feedback, so i thought it would be a good idea to do a poll. the question is should the washington sniper be executed, removing a menace to society in one quick action, or should he be left to rot in jail wiht no chance of parole?

I have mixed feelings about this. While I think the death penalty is justified in this case, I'm generally against it. If prisons were prisons and not country clubs with bars I'd say let him be thrown in and left to rot. I remain undecided.
