I had the same problem
I have had the same problem in the past trying to post pics. I even made a post asking if anyone knew the problem. No one offered assistance ... so I just dropped it. I have tried since then to post a picture but still get the same error message you are talking about.

Aren't JPEG/JPG valid files to post on here? That's what I was trying to post.
p.s. it tells me: you are trying to post an invalid file type. valid file types are ... then its blank ... nothing. (does not tell me what types ARE valid) its maddening.

As far as I know, attachments are not enabled here. You'll have to upload your files to an outside server first, then post the link here using the code

Ah! I see what's happening. Hal is correct, we do not allow attachments. I thought you guys were talking about images that you were linking to.
Before you can post an image you must upload it into some linkable web space, which is hard to find :-( .

Nofx.com is a good web provider... it can hold up to 4mb of things...

Try www.boomspeed.com , that's where my images are on. You will get 1MB of linkable free webspace there; enough for pictures, but usually too small for clips. I don't know about their bandwidth limit though. 🙂

Thank you to all who replied. At least I'm not tearing my hair out now wondering why I can't post pics. I have a few very well done tickling pics (fakes) of Anna Kournikova that I wanted to show. To the best of my knowledge they have never been seen by anyone yet but me. They were made for me by someone well known on here (wont say who) Cause I'm not sure they would want me to say. Or.... if someone already with the ability to post wants, I could e mail them to you and then you could post them for all to see! Let me know.

If this site is run off a Plesk control panel, there is an issue between Plesk / vBulletin. You'll need to search vbulletin.com to find out how to fix this, I just told my web host provider to figure it out for me since I pay them, but you guys are on a dedicated. 😉
