According to the website this photo is from, these tasty peds belong to Jewel.
This cannot be verified, however. Oh well, they're nice feet anyway....and I like the placement of the hands, as if they were about to sneak a tickle. Enjoy.

I've seen that pic before, they are Jewel's feet. The guy is spraying them with water for a picture from her poetry book.

Jewel has actually said in an interview that her feet are very ticklish, but she loves having them tickled if done right !

By the way, That dude in the photo isn't tickling her. He's spraying her feet with lotion or oil to make them appear silky and shiney for a photo shoot.
