You can split larger files using hacha, hjsplit, rar, or similar tools and then post the parts in the split section of TickleTheater. Some people are complaining about it, but for me it works fine.
An other option I know of are Yahoo groups. I believe clips can be upto 4Mb when posted there. There is however the well known bandwidth problem, but with some patience it works too.
If you want to send a large clip to a single person, you can use www.dropload.com. You can upload the clip, the target person will receive an email that (s)he has 7 days to download the file.
