site loading and log out

Does anyone know why when you load this site it often loggs you out time after time also very often you can't load at all.

You had your user choices set to 'do not remember name and pasword' this sometimes causes the forum to log you out with each page change. I have altered your settings so it will remember them now. It should solve the issue.
