If you search the forums you can find a few decent ones. However, these forums have a great deal of attachments too. Granted, they're not all clips but a pretty sizeable amount are.

i would say the best forums (that i have found anyways) that have the best amount of Free Tickling Clips are this one (Tickletheater) that your on right now and the TMF website as well
