On the day after Ross had to stay home, he had an early evening appointment with Doctor B., and a late afternoon appointment with Doctor S.

Ross thought that he might have to stay home a second day.

Yet, the phone kept ringing with calls from seemingly everyone, from Ross's father, to his dentist, to his Doctor.

Finally, Ross had enough. He threw on jeans, and went to the office, and would just try to do some work until his appointments with Doctor's B and Doctor S that day at 5 and 6, times when their offices would not be busy, and they could see him quickly.

When Ross entered the office, his secretary asked him. "I'm surprised to see you. Are you here?"

"That depends. For Tim, Larry, Dave, and the guys from Texas and OKC I'm here. For anyone else, take a message and see what they want" Ross said.

Ross piddled around with paperwork, and just tried to get through the day.

He was able to analyze a few companies, and gave the work to Vic, to get Vic's opinion, and see what he could figure out to sell and to keep, if anything.

At almost noon, Ross came out of his private office, and joked.

"Ross C, the President of RossShell, is clearly insane. I'm trying to figure out what multimillion dollar companies to sell and to buy, when I'm sick as a dog, but yet not that sick" Ross joked.

Vic gently said.

"Ross, please do me a favor, if you are going to be here, and do work, with as lousy as you have been feeling, whatever decisions you make, please just put aside the paper work, and do not make a final decision until you are better. I don't think you should make any major decisions in your current condition" Vic advised.

"Thanks, Vic, and you can be sure I will not. Not only will I look at everything again, but I will also give any sell decisions by me, to not only the analyze people,. but also the legal team. This is all too important to this company, Kayley and me, and our whole team for me to do this now" Ross said, firmly but nicely.

Then Ross continued.

"Damn these health issues. We all know that I want to jump on a plane and go over the O and G company with Fritz and Steve, and make and close some deals down there, but there is no way I can with how I've been feeling" Ross said.

"Give it time, Ross, you will be better soon. Maybe when Doctor S deals with your mouth, you will feel strong enough to go down there for at least a couple of days. Your migraines seem to be a come and go thing Maybe they will go away like they sometimes do, then you can get out of here and go do some business in OKC" Vic said, trying to be positive.

"Thanks, buddy. I know that I should probably get some new accounts for RossShell, but thats what this whole pruning down thing is. When I beat Tazzio and got everything back, I got so many things back, that I dont know how many things I will have in the end, and whether I will even have to get any new accounts. That is yet to be determined depending on how this goes" Ross said.

"I'm going out to lunch, Fancy Chinese, will be back in 90 mins max, Then I work the rest of the day, and go have some fun with the Doctors !" Ross said, jokingly.

When Ross got to the place, he ordered Wonton soup, dumplings, and a chicken and seafood dish. the bill came to $75. Ross took a hundred dollar bill out, left it for the bill and the tip, and jumped in an Uber and went back to the office.

The strange thing was, when Ross got back to the office, he had more energy. He analyzed and put more companies on the possible keep and sell list, was able to call Fritz, Steve, Larry, Tim and Dave, and look over some info that Steve had sent him to deal with the oil and gas company.

As late afternoon came, Ross hopped out of the office, and said his goodbyes.

"Good Luck Ross. Hope they can help you" Vic said.

"Yeah, Kayley will probably be sadistically laughing her ass off as I am being tormented by Doctor S. If this is an infection, I wish he would just give me the meds so it can go away, and I can travel. I',m less worried about Doctor B than I am about Doctor S. The other thing is probably just a migraine flareup. I always have those., " Ross said.

As Ross rode in the Uber, toward Doctor S's office,. He suddenly had a feeling of loss over him.

Ross just wished that his health issues would get better. Even though he had been able to work that day, and make "some" progress. Ross wanted to go to OKC and sink his teeth into the REAL issue.

Before any of that, more important, Ross had to see Doctor B and Doctor S to deal with his health

What would happen with those visits?

That remained to be seen.

Excellent advice. When I'm ill, I am never thinking clearly.

That was quick lol.

I know. I've had both a dental infection and migraines this week.

Dentist finally on Friday, hopefully the antibiotic he gave me cleared it up.

Migraines are on and off as always. The last day, they have been bad.

More to come in the next day
