Do you have good sleep, or bad sleep ?
Bad sleep includes,,,,
-- Insomnia,,, just staying awake for no good reason
-- Nightmares (no, we don't want to hear the details)
-- Biological abnormailities (e.g. bedwetting, loss of control)
-- Digestive interruptions (e.g., heartburn that awakens you)
-- Anything that you personally consider bad
Good sleep may or may not include,,,,
-- A quick two-minute trip in the middle of the night to go pee; that can be considered a part of normal healthy sleep.
-- "Weird" dreams. These are okay. If the dream is not frightening, it counts as good sleep.
(If the dream is about tickling, and the other person is a gorgeous hunk of physical delight,,, please tell us what you're taking.)
