Sighs..so we dealt with the slug problem..and i only see the occasional slug out back once in a while..and the bug problem also has been dealt with..although saturday morning, for some odd reason, a bee was crawling on the living room carpet, (which is burgundy) nearly dead i think, yet i almost stepped on it..i scooped it up in the fly catcher thingie and took it out back..i could have gotten stung on the bottom of my rather sensitive and soft sole..eeks..
This morning though...while kissing the hubby off to work..as he was going out the back door..what do i spy over in the shrubs, but a possum again...sighs..hubby had patched up the hole in the fence..and we thought that was the end of it..possums don't belong in the backyard of civilized people, who live in the south part of town...possums belong out in the country, by the side of a road...where they will meet their inevitable fate by becoming road kill..who on earth would eat such an evil looking creature? I swear, looking into the face of an adult possum is like looking at the Devil himself..i never saw such a sneaky, evil face in all creation..only baby possums are exempt..sighs..
