Ten seconds of about a minute of fun tied tickling in the Japanese movie Rope Cosmetology (1978). Soon after he has finished tying her in a standing spread eagle, he playfully tickles her before more roughly groping and fondling her.

The rest of the movie is pretty intense, with some really over-the-top sadistic situations going on.
