Was going to go to college today, but I'm staying home now. I shouldn't have watched the news before setting off but I did, and now I'm staying put.

A two year old girl has been found dead in a flat in London. Her parents had tortured her to death, littering her tiny body with cuts, buises, burns...

They knew how the system worked, they knew the loopholes, how to manipulate them. Because of that, it's taken two years and the death of this child to get them arrested. Before this, both the police and social services were literally too scared to confront them.

The pictures of her parents were shown on the news report. If someone in the prison they're going to saw them, I should imagine they'll kill them. Good.

The same mess occurs in our system here, Lynchy. It's sad that they can't do anything until the injuries are serious. We need better systems. But, we also need watchful neighbors and families who aren't too chicken shit to admit to what they've witnessed. That may be a big part of the battle.

i've said it before...

people that do things like this should be taken out and hung from the nearest lamp post.
no trial, no b.s., just a quick hanging. and leave the body there for a few days as a warning to other child killers.
