Ok,
When you post reply, at the very bottom of the page there is an option to attatch a file to your post. Just hit the browse button on the forum in the posting, find the file you want to attatch from your computer, and it uploads it into the post.

The upload function is built into the forum software, but it doesn't work here. The TMF server can't host people's files -- enough is asked of it already. A file must be posted someplace else on the web and linked here.
