You'd think that works, but depending on their relationship with you, there's a good chance they genuinely don't want to risk annoying you (if your friend hates something, you're obviously not going to keep doing it, playfully or otherwise).
My advice is something a lot of people are going to tell you to try the exact opposite of, but just start tickling people (or the guys you like, idk how exactly you're trying to go about it) first. Eventually, be it a poke, pinch, whatever, you'll get it back. I went throughout highschool knowing a handfull of "tickle girls" that got it and gave it literally every day for years on end. Another good one is "Hey _______, wanna see something funny?", and tickling them when they say yes.
A huge chunk of you (and probably this forum) is going to worry about your friends thinking you're a weirdo. Cut that out right now. Nobody ever had fun worrying about whether or not they looked like a jackass, and I would routinely tickle friends feet in front of literally everybody without any embarrassing callouts.
There's being coy, and that hasn't worked, now is time to be an aggressive ticklechick, and a lot more people are going to be receptive to that than you seem to realize, especially since you're a hot young woman (a fact that, for whatever reason, you don't realize is basically a freepass to whatever kind of frisky playtime you want).
You can do it.
