Well, just kidding.

Truely, what would I do? If it was someone I knew, I'd tickle them without worry. If it was someone I didn't know, I'd either

1. Get to know them and eventually tickle them

or

2. Pass on by, in fear of being prosecuted.

What do you do when you see these at on the beach?

Get real close stare as much as I can

Drop towel nearby & stroke/tickle a foot on pickup

Look away before I can't hide my enjoyment

Keep walking - I really don't care for feet
