No actual tickling, but there's a scene in the episode "Beauty and The Beasts" where Faith (Eliza Dushku) and Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) are talking about Buffy's current beau, and Faith says "he gives you that down-low tickle"
Granted, it's minor, but the way she says it is pretty sexy, and of course I love hearing a girl -- especially one that hot -- even utter the word.
Just now I'm reminded of another quick mention from the episode "Lovers' Walk." Willow (Alyson Hannigan) hands Xander a feather she's using in a spell. He proceeds to run it over her face flirtatiously and says "and who will I be tickling?" Another no-go of course, but it does feed the imagination.
