No, this one is Cherubino's solo about difficulty adjusting to his new-found fascination with the ladies as he leaves childhood. It's more interesting because the part is written for a female singer ("pants role"). Later in the opera, to escape from the Count, he has to disguise himself as a girl, adding to the confusion.
