I've got it! The perfect name for a group of lers and lees that encompasses all southern states. "Why South Quadrant?" Here's where the idea came from...
In a popular anime series called Dragonball Z, the main character, Goku enters a large martial arts tournament that involves fighters from all four corners of the universe. North, South, East and West quadrants. One of the fighters that Goku must compete against is Caterpi from the South Quadrant. Caterpi temporarely gains the upper hand and tickles Goku severely as the crowd looks on in shock. One of the other fighters makes the comment "South Quadrant must be a very peaceful place!"
So, there ya go. Anyone wanting to start a tickling group for the southern states, "South Quadrant" is the perfect name.
