Spongebob squarepants tickling scene

I think this was posted here before but there is a scene where Sandy and Spongbob are on a island and spongebob gets captured and Sandy tries to save him. Well Sandy in order to get to Spongebob must go though the four warriors or something. The very first one that Sandy fights is called the tickler and he whips out these long arms with hands attached to them and he tickles Sandy with them for like 10-15 secs she has a nice laugh too.

there's also this episode I saw once a while back where spongebob and patrick are trying to train this villian guy to be good by using this tickle belt and everytime hes bad they press a button and it tickles him
