Jamie's dream of moving into her own home has finally come true! Unfortunately its haunted by a mischievous ghost named Mary who loves tickling her. Jamie quickly realizes that saying no to a ghost is useless, especially when that ghost can reach out and tickle her anytime it wants!

Jamie and Mary may have put their differences behind them, unfortunately some people haven't. Jamie get's a visit from a man named Mark who tells her of a mansion where a girl who has the power to 'steal' ghosts. Apparently this girl has kidnapped several children and are refusing to release them. Fearful, Jamie and Mary head to the mansion, but Mark may not be who he claims to be, and now Jamie and Mary are both at risk of spending the rest of eternity being tickle tortured by stolen ghosts.
