Stacy's Place..No Clip But Read My Friends..DO NOT DEAL WITH!

Hey everyone, wasnt gonna do this but I decided to go head and warn everyone after thinkin it over and how fucked up this is. I had several months ago joined this site for tickling clips and when I joined..there was none accept a few with no sound! So I complained and she put up some clips (they were lame but at least they had sound). At the time I was having some issues with my bank and alot of my transactions got screwed up and I corrected all the ones that were. Now, today, after several months I get this childish email from Stacy:

Because of you, we are choosing to no longer accept checks on any of our
sites.

I fulfilled a custom request, and your check was returned right after you
got what you wanted..

You didn't even bother to ask for a refund after I provided what you wanted,
which tells me alot about your character.

Pretty non professional and inmature like a child throwing a tantrum huh? So I responded with this:

Excuse me???????? If there was a payment issue it woulda been nice for you
to notify me at the time it happened so I could have taken care of it! Me
and my bank had been having issues going on with my account so I do belive
you. However this is news to me. I see you are very non professional as of
your rude email you just sent (also it sounded very childish). Non the less
since I trust you are telling the truth since I never did see your charge on
my statement at the time and was wondering where it was, id be more than
willing to re-pay because of this. But I will say this..you'll never get my
business again after this B.S.! Let me know how to pay you the membership
fee that didnt go through and learn to be a bit more professional if this
ever happens with any other customers again. Cause you just lost one right
here!

I warned the community of Stacy's Place several years ago. At that time, I had ordered and paid $500 for a full hour custom video. They produced a lousy result, less than half an hour long, and I demanded a refund of at least 50% (which seems only fair). They promised to send me a check, but it never arrived. After my third reminder (6 weeks later), they finally responded, claiming that they had mailed the check, but if it got lost in the mail, it's not their fault. All further contact attempts were in vain.

I sincerely doubt that there was any check at all. After all, their bank could have tracked where the check had been cashed, and they could have investigated the issue. No service, and a lousy performance!

When did you make this warning?? WOW 500 buck rip off????? Shit, maybe im kinda glad now a check bounced I wrote via internet to her LOL. I been in the comunity for quite sometime but maybe I never read the reviews section if thats where it was (or maybe it was before I even knew about this place LOL)I just got an email back from her in responce to what I just wrote, and she said now there were 3 chargebacks..however she was a bit more polite this time saying she asumed I purpacely charged it back to her...I will say that there was no 3 chargebacks cause I only made 2 transactions total to her (one did go through no prob as I have it on my bank statement as proof). Then she says dont worry about paying the money owed (trying to say I owed 120 bucks) and they'll eat the fees and use it as a learning experience. Im not even gonna respond to it..ill just leave it at that.

dskodj, I can't find the thread anymore. Another TMF member felt ripped off by a different producer, and I replied. Might well have been 2 or 3 years ago.

I agree 100%, I dont know wether or not to call my experience a scam or not though..but def what happened to Hal is Id call what happened to me a possible attempted scam (when claiming I should owe 120 bucks for a 1 bounced check 10 buck membership) but non the less, bad news these people..lets get a section going for warnings, my vote in😉
