I thought I'd seen all the Howard Stern ticklings but this one was on a repeat last night. He was offerring breast exams to cute women because it was breast cancer awareness week. They had to take off their tops and lifts their arms in the air while he felt up their breasts and armpits.
One girl started to smile and squirm when his fingers went into her armpit and she said she was ticklish. He said something like "Oh Yeah?" and tickled under her arm. She giggled and pulled away a little but kept her arm up and he said something like "Just giving a little tickle".
It was nice to see Howard tickling "upstairs". You never see that.
