From what I've been able to find, the man responsible for the pictures is named Paul (no website available), and he contributes some of his work to The Handcuff Gallery from time to time.

Not only is it the same set of stocks that is featured in the first post of this thread, but the bald tickler (headband and all) makes an appearance. Also, Handcuff Gallery says that Paul and Megan will be attending the next "FetishCon 2005" in Tampa.

With any luck, and maybe a little begging, Paul will post those pictures after the convention.

I really like stock pictures, thanks for sharing these. It would be great to see the entire cheerleading squad of the losing school locked in the stocks having their feet tickled by the cheerleaders of the winning school. It would be even better if the schools were arch rivals. Just imagine the female cheerleders of USC or Ohio State having their shoes and socks slowly removed and their feet tickled by the female cheerleaders of UCLA or Michigan. Or let the male cheerleaders on each squad do the foot tickling and then just to be totally fair let the female cheerleaders of the winning teams tickle the stocked bare feet of the male cheerleaders of the losing team. I know it will never happen but it's fun to think what it would be like if it ever did occur.

Schmidt has a great idea - losing cheerleaders taken to opposing campus and listen to winners fight song playing at victory party while winning cheerleaders cruelly tickle their helplessly displayed soles!

It's great to see my stuff up there from so long ago! I'm Laughingstocks and yes, the stocked cheerleader is mine. I did finally get a C4S store, it's 14869. I'm still a presenter at Fetishcon each year.
