everytime I go to this one, it won't let me view the clips. Says forbidden

please leave it with me- it shouldn't say that to you- I'll try to find out what's happening and put it right- it's working ok for me- and others have said they have had no problems- I realise this doesn't help you, but believe me I will try my best to get it to work ok for you.
