Stories about recent animal abuse!

Lately, I've heard two very disturbing stories about animal abuse both in PA. One is where someone took a dog for whatever reason and locked it in a cage and set it on fire. The fireman saw the fire and at first thought it was a brush fire but when he went to check it out, discovered that it was a dog in a cage on fire. The other story that also happened recently is a man took his dog to a party and while they were there, the dog somehow got out of the home. Someone took the dog in their car and threw it out onto a very busy highway & was killed. The family was very upset when told by the police that their family dog Mugsy was killed. If I saw any of this I would be strongly thinking of killing the person....I hate animal abuse more than human abuse (sometimes). It makes me sick to my stomach. Animals give you nothing but 100% love and loyalty...then some jackass does that...incredibly heartbreaking and inexcusable.

The people who commit such heinous acts against animals should be shot dead! This is very sad and I feel for the families who lost their pets

This is an excellent point. Many who abuse animals go on to abuse women and children. Its important to lock these people up not only to protect the cute widdle animals but also to protect people as well.

Lock em up...to hell with that...thats a burden on the tax payer...a bullet is cheaper.
