I was watching something called Burley T.V and It was airing a segment called Crimes on Campus. And they said at Kent State, a girl filed an unusual complaint when a man claiming to being doing a survey for the biology depertment, asked her to take off her shoes and socks, traced her feet, and complemented her on her toenail polish, and asked her if she was ticklish. Has anyone ever heard about this before?
