strange stocks art request

There was once a drawing/story with a girl with glasses in stocks. You just see her head and her bare soles. Someone offscreen uses an IV to put something into her ankles, and her feet get HUGE. Then her soles are tickled all over and she goes nuts, with her babbling getting less and less coherent and more like silly caveman talk the more she's tickled.

Anyone got that laying around?
