I may be alone in this, and I haven't written very much in this genre myself, but I like m/f - f/m switch stories, preferably with the m getting it first, then taking vengeance on his smug tormentor. I prefer human to machine ticklers, but not passionately so. My biggest request is to keep a female in the mix somewhere, so the only thing that would leave me cold would be machine/m.
Looking forward to more stories from a distinctive talent!
