Right after I started this thread, one member posted on 21 threads in 28 minutes, and, I'm sure unintentionally, shoved it down almost entirely off the front page before anyone else had a chance to see it, so I'm bumping it back up again.

I was always voted "Nicest in the class"....now that I think about it, I wonder why.....

I was voted Best Eyes and nominated for prom queen... which at the time, I wasn't sure whether to be flattered or annoyed.

We had a secondary superlatives compilation, that was compiled, for what we called our "Senior Edition" a separate book made just for seniors. In it , I was voted "Most likely to have an Elvis memorabilia collection." 😀

sadly i was never voted on in any subject. Guess i just never clicked with my classmates. Since I graduated high school in 1989 i have yet to attend a single class reunion

My folks moved us a lot but I was voted class clown at 3 high schools and "most fun at a party" two years running. Pretty impressive record for someone who was always "the new kid in town" I think!

Seems like a thousand years ago when I was voted Most likely to become a Magician. If we wanted something like a juke box for the highschool lunchroom it would appear. If the school bully made trouble for a friend of mine he would suddenly have a change of mind. I was also voted by the school body as Hi-Y Boy of the Year. Still have the trophy in my garage........somewhere.....

They called me "expert" because I had an opinion on every topic and taught them... even then... now I would be rather called listener instead...
