I have to agree, an excellent pic; nice positioning, in terms of the tickling arms-- lying flat on your back on a table, the hands are pretty inescapable, coming from behind.
I think the tremble lines are a nice affect, and the face is just oozing with an expression befitting of the title. ^___^
