Honestly, for some i think the build up, thinking about it, they get excited, and its a sexual excitement. So at that point, they are ready to go and are thinking more about being touched than tickled.

Hmmmm....I dunno.....seems a Lil off Kelter to me, I mean even with being nervous or having stage fright there still going to be at least SOME reaction, may not be what was expected/anticipated, but still something.....but a zero? Don't get me wrong, I believe your story happened , I just wonder about her truthfulness, although it do seem a stretch for a pretty gal to feel the need to act like she's one thing in order to get some attention , but I wouldn't rule it out. Sorry for your bad luck on that one bud.
