Surgery:(

Well, I guess it's time I faced up to it: I gotta have surgery. Gallbladder removal, to be exact. May 12th. Last night I had another gallbladder attack and went to the ER. Sat there for two hours in pain---FINALLY got some morphine (that guy was my BEST FRIEND for two minutes😛) went home and went to sleep. But plz pray, think of, etc. me. I've had worse surgeries, but not since I was like, ten and I'm nervous. And PS I HATE hospitals🙁 May 12th.

i've known a couple people who had the same problem. but be strong, i remember i had my first surgery, i was nervous as hell.

I'm so sorry you need to have surgery...it's scary, and hospitals suck...but look at it this way: It's a fairly quick procedure, you get to rest up for a bit and have people take care of you, you get happy medicine, and you will never have another gallbladder attack ever again...you can do it!!! And when it's all over, and you've reclaimed your health, it will prove how worthwhile the surgery is...

Best of luck babe...you'll do amazingly, I'm sure...

You'll be fine, I know you. You'll probably be out of there and doing handstands before nightfall! One of my friends had to have their gallbladder removed. The surgery was pretty short, I only had to wait there for an hour or so before they came out. They were pretty naseous afterwards, but other than that they were fine. Just make sure to stay clear of that hospital food. They may say it is jello, but it is definitely NOT jello! 🙂

LOL I know exactly what you mean, I've experienced the evils of hospital food first hand. TK, stay away from that stuff as much as you can.

The only thing that really sucks, you know, is that we will not be able to tickle you for a few weeks after surgery...Looks like i'm a sub again! 😛

You will be fine. I understand your nervousness. Keep in mind, this isn't the first one in the world. It'll be over before you know it and you will feel much better. Of course we will be thinking of ya.

Well ive never heard or seen anyone I know who has had to experience gallbladder removal so I cannot say I know how you feel. I do wish you the best of luck, though. Surgery is quite a big thing to go through, but it will be quick. And it will definately help in the long run. Besides, you are a tough chick. You can handle it. 😎

Anyways, tell us how it goes when you have gone through the surgery and feel better! I have total faith in you and i will definately be thinking of you. *hugs*
