Ok, some producer, particularly the rock-man is no longer making or selling videos. Also, you can no longer get any clips. So, my question is: Is it alright then to share clips/full videos since there is no one you're ripping off when you do it?

Good question.

Personally, if the company is gone. Totally bust. Out of the loop and has vacated all material, then one would presume it is fine to share that which ownership has been forfeited.

Technically the copyright is still owned by SOMEBODY. Just because something has gone "off the shelf" doesn't mean it's in the public domain.
The safest thing to do would be to somehow get ahold of the producer and obtain permission to have his clips shared. I don't know if that is possible or if there is anybody willing to take the necessary steps though.
Non-technically...I really don't think anyone would care or some forward to put a stop to it. Whether or not that's enough to say that we should allow it, I don't know. We'll see what the rest of the staff has to say...

Ness is absolutely correct. Rock-Man still owns the copyright and could decide to go back into business or sell the rights to another company, so it would be best not to post his full-length movies without permission.

I forgot her name over there at Rock man...the head lady honch-ette(fem version of hohcho...) but the last I chatted with her she had some physical issues and was even back then, considering scrubbing the tickle venture of rock man. They may not even be available for comment or the inquiry. They may be just....gone.

The honchette (I love the term!) was Nibbles. Rock-man's site shows a contact address of nibbles(at)rock-man(dot)com and a broken link to subscribe to an e-mail update notification list.
