Oof, so hard to answer -- my most ticklish spot is typically whichever one is getting tickled at the moment.
But I'd probably have to say -- my feet, under my arms, and my abdomen (with particular attention to the sides of my abdomen, the love-handle zone) -- those are the areas that plunge me instantly and irretrievably into hysterics.
Technique-wise, I don't have a diverse range of experience, but I maintain that nothing tickles more effectively and incapacitatingly than the instinctive OG tactic of cycling one's fingers, spiderlike, lightly and insistently against the ticklish spot. Nothing reduces me to bouts of helpless giggles more readily than that.

Hmmm. That's not an easy pick since I got five spots at "holy shit".
My armpits, my upper back, the back of my neck, anywhere on my belly, etc are all really ticklish. And, I am truly feather ticklish at least around my navel and around my traps and back of neck. Spider tickling is also very effective. I don't have too much experience with tools but I do know poking doesn't work at

Hmmmm.....probably feet, sides, and pits......the light grazing/scratchy with long enough fingernails can drive me insane.

I can’t really say what 3 are top. Depends on the Ler. Usually, and I can’t believe I’m disclosing this, it’s hips, pits, and insides of the legs or behind them near my butt. Other times it’s sides, back, or ribs.
No tools for these spots, just fingers. And slight pressure usually. Except my back. Light touches there sent me right up the wall.
