So, once again I'm watching a 70s British miniseries (in the USA, it would have been aired on PBS' "Masterpiece Theatre"), this one "The Pallisers". If you look at the reviews for this, they're very good. I personally disagree and find it really tedious and soap-opera-ish in Victorian-era costume! And it's 26 episodes! Ugh!
I almost bailed, but I'm happy I didn't because I discovered this scene in the TWENTY-FIRST episode. Which sucks for me, since I just discovered that Darth_Vader posted about this scene a few years ago (to no comment) back in 2013, and I could have saved myself a lot of time!
Anyways, it's nothing major; the Duchess of Omnium (played by the gorgeous and brilliant actress Susan Hampshire) is in a shoe store getting her feet traced and.....

Even more minor - and I do mean very minor - is this quick blink-and-you-can-miss-it-in-the-background moment from the FAR superior 1969 miniseries "The First Churchills", in which she plays the fascinating 17th/18th century figure Sarah Churchill, wife of the 1st Duke of Marlborough (and ancestor of Winston Churchill).
I've seen this great miniseries many times and had never noticed this moment until the last time I watched it. So slight that I never thought to upload it but I'll include it here now, since I'm doing Susan Hampshire clips.
It's her wedding night, and just as the scene cuts in, she's sitting at the edge of her bed as her lady-in-waiting is removing her stocking, and Hampshire kind of "oooo's" and the maid giggles. Hardly anything, if that.

To see the REAL, (non-acting) Susan Hampshire get her side quickly tickled in an early 60s teen-pop show, there's this thread: http://www.ticklingforum.com/showth...-gets-her-side-tickled-(1965)-*cute-amp-quick
Ok, so.......earlier in "The Pallisers" ANOTHER actress gets tickled, or seems to (urgent giggling, look at the position of his hand, calling out his name as she giggles as if to beg him to stop) as a scene fades in.
